Annie Horner
HOW TO TALK ABOUT SEX
My name is Annie Horner, Professional Counselor Associate with Living Wholehearted. I specialize in working with parents and families to build true connection that lasts with their children in an age where disconnection abounds. Before my counseling profession, I worked with different ministries and churches around the world, giving me a deep heart for the Church and seeing Jesus be known and experienced in the lives of others. I have come to believe that the family is where we learn foundational truths of ourselves, others, and God; and He didn’t leave us to navigate it alone. My work with families focuses on finding true connection with one another through love, presence, grace, and healthy rhythms, knowing that the effects can last for generations to come. I have a particular heart for parents, and aim to be a supportive guide through the confusion, pressures, and expectations parents face today, empowering them to be all of who God made them to be.

Aimee Eckley
STARTING AND SUSTAINING A CG GROUP
Having spent over two decades working with youth in many capacities, including eleven years teaching in middle and high school classrooms, my heart seeks to help build strong teenagers as well as stable and healthy families who are not afraid to lead lives that look different from the status quo. After ten years leading two active Courageous Girls groups (for each of my two daughters) and this past year serving on the Courageous Girls Board of Directors, I know that the CG curriculum is meaningful and life-changing for moms and daughters, alike. I hope to continue sharing it widely to facilitate resiliency, bravery, and connection in the lives of girls.
